I have taught preserving classes in the Hartford area in a variety of venues: the Coventry Regional Farmers’ Market Barn and Winterfresh Indoor Market, The Kitchen at Billings Forge and more. Current classes will be posted here.
I’m also available for private canning classes within Connecticut. For a flat fee, I will come to your house with everything necessary for a seasonal preserving experience. Either individually or in a group, come learn how to preserve your own food (group limits may apply). I can customize the curriculum and ingredients to your taste.
